Mentor Consulting Group became a Gold-level member of the U.S. Green Building Council in October 2023, joining a coalition working to transform the way buildings and communities are designed, built and operated.
The membership followed the practice's work on the National Cancer Institute's new 500500 Hospital in Sheikh Zayed — certified as a green hospital at Gold level, and the first healthcare facility in Egypt to receive that certification at the design stage under the evaluation system of the National Housing and Building Research Centre.
