Financial & Business District

The New Administrative Capital's financial and business district aims to provide an upscale and developed area for finance and business stakeholders, through establishing a number of major and international banks and a number of administrative and commercial towers providing administrative offices for sale, owned shops and companies.

More than 20 towers provide residential, administrative, commercial and service units. The district also includes the construction of the iconic tower, the highest skyscraper in Africa at a height of about 345 metres.

It will include more than 12 commercial complexes, as well as 5 residential buildings and two hotels of the highest levels of elegance and luxury. The entire district is designed to provide an elegant atmosphere and a suitable climate for all international companies to achieve the desired sustainable development and infrastructure. Mentor Group Consulting has participated in many projects of the financial and business district in cooperation with the national companies implementing them, including Banque du Caire and The United Bank.
