Future of Egypt Project

The Future of Egypt project is located along the new Rod El Farag – El Dabaa axis, a road constructed as part of the National Roads Project, measuring 120 km in length and 60 to 70 km in depth.

The project is Egypt's agricultural push forward and the first of the New Delta project, intended to achieve self-sufficiency and export the surplus. The area targeted for reclamation is 1.05 million feddans out of a total of 2.2 million feddans, the total area of the New Delta.

The project provides about 10,000 direct jobs and more than 360,000 indirect jobs, with job opportunities expected to increase during the coming seasons. The highest standards of occupational safety and health are applied in the work environment, with full support and knowledge transfer from the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation.
